White doves are often seen released in large groups at opening ceremonies (the Olympic Games); by a bride and groom greeting their guests as man and wife; or the release and carrier of a loved ones spirit at a funeral or memorial service. White doves bring magic, beauty and lasting memories to any event or occasion. You can choose to do a hand release, holding and then releasing them or release them from one of our many baskets.

MEMORIALS

Saying goodbye to a loved one is one of the most difficult and personal challenges we must all face. Releasing a white dove or a group of doves at a memorial service is an emotional and very personal tribute to your loved one.
It is said that in death our soul rests on the wings of a dove on its gentle journey to heaven, eternal rest and peace. Shaman see doves as spirit messengers, communicating between the two worlds.

"And I said, Oh that I had wings like a dove! For then I would fly away and be at rest."

A single dove released may represent the loved one lost, and their freedom from pain and suffering, their release from the bonds of earth. A dove may be released by or for each family member - a symbol of their "letting go", of their love and respect and their personal message of goodbye. Doves may also be released in a group of three symbolizing The Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
